Programs

DNEM, in collaboration with Henry Ford Hospital-Macomb, offers a monthly Stroke Support Group designed for stroke survivors, caregivers, and their families. We meet monthly at the DNEM Clinton Twp Office from 12pm-2pm, as well as various community locations. We also offer a separate monthly Recreation Support Group that an be joined as well. Once signed up, you will receive a quarterly newsletter with meeting details, and monthly reminder emails about our meetings. Please email rec-it@dnemichigan.org for questions or more information.
