Programs
DNEM, in collaboration with Henry Ford Hospital-Macomb, provides this monthly Stroke Support Group. We meet monthly at the DNEM Clinton Twp Office from 12pm-2pm, as well as various community locations. Some of our activities include: accessible hayride, adaptive golf and kayaking, senior day at the Detroit zoo, and more. Typically, half of our meetings are social support, and the others are recreational programs in the community. Once signed up, you will receive a quarterly newsletter with meeting details, and monthly reminder emails about our meetings. Please email rec-it@dnemichigan.org for questions or more information.
