This is a 6-session class held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays from 1pm-2pm January through March
Move, groove, and have fun in this upbeat dance class designed for adults with intellectual disabilities and other cognitive impairments. Participants will explore a variety of dance styles through simple, easy-to-follow movements that encourage creativity, self-expression, and social connection. No dance experience is needed — just bring your energy and enthusiasm!
