This is a 5-session class held on the 1st and 3rd Thursday from 11am-12:30pm from January through March.
We will explore healthy recipes, cooking techniques, and adaptive tools in a fun, supportive environment. All food and supplies will be provided. Each session includes preparing a meal together and enjoying it as a group.
