This is a 5-session class held on the 2nd and 4th Friday 10:30am-12pm from January through March.
We will explore healthy recipes, cooking techniques, and adaptive tools in a fun, supportive environment. All food and supplies will be provided. Each session includes preparing a meal together and enjoying it as a group.
