Join us monthly for a supportive and engaging recreation group designed for stroke survivors. Enjoy a variety of activities — from games and crafts to gentle movement and social connection — all adapted to meet individual needs and abilities. This group provides a positive space to connect with others who understand the stroke recovery journey, build confidence, and have fun while exploring new ways to stay active and engaged.
